2. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from Leonidas-USA.com, 1907 Central Street, Evanston, IL 60201 via FedEx or other carriers. We package every order with care to ensure quality upon arrival.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages once the order is shipped.

Customers are responsible for tracking and promptly receiving shipments.

Incorrect shipping addresses will incur a $12 correction fee.

We may require signatures or hold shipments to protect products from heat damage.
Our chocolates are imported fresh weekly from Brussels, Belgium, and should be consumed within 30 days. Store them in a cool, dry place (59–65°F). Actual assortments may vary from images shown.
3. Orders & Cancellations
Orders can be placed as a guest or registered user.

Requests sent via email or phone may take up to 24 hours to process.
All sales are final once products have shipped. Returns are not accepted for food safety reasons.
4. Substitutions & Gift Orders
If a specific praline is out of stock, we will replace it with a similar flavor or packaging of equal quality. Lead times for large or corporate gifts may vary depending on availability.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee the freshness and quality of every order. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us with photos to resolve the issue promptly. Shipping damages (not heat or theft-related) may be eligible for FedEx investigation and refund.
